HLA‐DQ and ‐DR alleles in patients with SLE: A tertiary hospital‐based case–control study in Bangladesh

Background Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by the involvement of multiple organs and autoantibody production. This study aimed to determine association human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-DQ -DR alleles with SLE at tertiary hospital in Bangladesh.
